Act 66 of 2021 Student Grade Level Retainment 
Notification Form for the 2021-22 School Year

      Per Act 66, parents who want to retain their child for the 2021-22 school year are asked to complete the form below and return it to the Dunmore School District Administration Building no later than Thursday, July 15, 2021.  Click HERE for the form.


Fall Sports Physicals

Fall sports physicals will be held on Wednesday, August 4 beginning at 8:45am in the high school gym. Physicals are free of charge but are only available by appointment. Appointments must be requested by July 30. You can request an appointment here: https://forms.gle/e2uKy4Xps8ukJEAC9


All fall athletes will need to have a current physical on file in order to begin try-outs/practice when the season officially begins (August 9 for Varsity Football, August 16 for all other Varsity and Junior High Sports). As per PIAA requirements, physicals for the upcoming school year need to be dated on or after June 1, 2021 and all students must use the correct PIAA paperwork. 


All paperwork can be completed online this year. If you created an account last year, please be sure to make any necessary updates or changes! All of the current PIAA forms have been included in this online registration platform. If you choose to utilize the paper copy of the PIAA packet, please be aware that the packet was updated in April. The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month toward broadbandservice for eligible families and households who are struggling to stay connected during the #COVID19pandemic. Qualifying households on Tribal lands can receive a discount of up to $75 per month for service. Eligible households can also receive a discount of up to $100 for the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers. The Federal Communications is asking for help to spread the word about the Emergency Broadband Benefit. This temporary program helps families struggling to afford Internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Having a broadband connection is essential for households gain access to jobs, healthcare services, virtual classrooms, and so much more. The 2021 edition of Best High Schools includes a numerical ranking of nearly all public high schools nationwide – almost 18,000 of them. There are rankings within each state and within each census-designated metropolitan area that has three or more high schools.
