Pennsylvania Assessment Anchors
The Pennsylvania Department of Education has developed the Assessment Anchors to clarify the standards on the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA). They can be used by educators to help prepare their students for the exams. Schools are required to shape instruction so that students will meet these standards. Internet Resources for Special Children
IRSC brings together more than a thousand web-based resources and places them into 21 categories for easy access. Examples of the categories include Adaptive Equipment & Technologies, Cognitive Disabilities, Health Care, Learning Disabilities, and Neurological Disorders.

Fun School
This site offers free educational games and activities for children from preschool age through 5th and 6th grade.  They also have a "Grownup Stuff" section called Parent Street with resources for parents.  Fun School's entertaining, educational content is updated regularly and it's free!  Come and play while you learn.

This site was created by a federal grant and is supported by the Department of Justice. In addition to online training resources regarding online safety, the site contains information for parents and educators about how to communicate the importance of online safety to children.
